Any product marked with an Asterix comes with our exclusive 5 year guarantee. Now that’s a sigh of relief. That’s peace for your mind. That is smart buying.

If the product has an Asterix then a 5 year guarantee applies. Those without still benefit from a 1 years guarantee.

Please ensure all products are checked on delivery. We understand the courier will not wait around for too long, so just have a quick scan of the packaging and insides and make sure the product looks good on the face of it. Please ensure t & c’s are read before purchase for acceptance of delivery.

A lowdown of the 5 year guarantee:

Any bed deemed to be defective due to material or workmanship within the 5 year period from date of purchase is covered.

Any mattress, bed frame/ divan base or divan set is covered in this 5 year guarantee, as long as it has the Asterix.

Photo’s of the fault will need to be provided with the report.

With time designs and materials change so in the instance we need to repair your purchase and the design has altered or the fabric has changed, we will get it as close as possible to the original purchase.

If a repair or direct replacement is something we can not offer, then an equivalent product will be offered. If the price is cheaper we will provide you with a refund off the original price you paid. If it is more expensive, then the difference will need to be paid. At our sole discretion we have the right do provide you with replacement parts if we find suitable.

The guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to the original buyer and UK mainland. Your statutory rights aren’t affected by these terms and conditions.

We won’t cover:

We do not cover any items which are soiled or deemed unhygienic. When using a mattress please ensure a mattress cover or protector is used from the first use to ensure you are covered.
