We ordered a bed from you which you kindly arranged to replace since the boxes were quite badly damaged in transit and likely the corners of the headboard too. The initial delivery and subsequent replacement were super quick, the customer service I received was exemplary (of particular mention was Louise C. who was outstanding) and we are delighted with our bed! I never leave feedback but on this occasion it was so warranted that I felt I must. It has been a refreshing pleasure to deal with your company!

I would just like to say a huge thank you for the fantastic service I received from Bedzrus. As well as my new bed being a high quality, excellent product, the service was second to none. I had several texts and phone calls to inform me of the exact time of my delivery, meaning my day was not disturbed at all. The delivery staff were very polite and helpful. The one small issue I did have, a slightly damaged part which was still usable in the short term, was replaced the very next day once I had requested this by email. I just want to say thank you for such an excellent service! I actually appreciate the fact that the order was put on hold until you could clear up the payment issue, because it shows that you take great steps to prevent fraud. Which is so important with online shopping!
And also, Panther, the delivery service you use, are excellent! They gave me a delivery slot, and even told me when they were two drops away. Can't ask for more than that!

Hi all, I received and assembled a Cameo Sleep station today. I wanted to let you know I was very impressed with the product and found the quality was well above what I was expecting. The units were well designed - the skew screwing system works well and delivers a much stronger product than a lot of other flat pack assembly systems. Some other tidy little touches like the extra support leg under the drawer unit all show that the product has been well thought out. The manuals were on the whole very clear and easy to understand and the correct number of parts and fittings was supplied. Delivery was spot on and I can't fault you on anything! I would happily recommend you to friends and family.

I was very happy with both the bed frame and mattress. Previously we had an ordinary mattress and a 4 inch memory foam topper, and I was concerned that having a memory foam top layer actually incorporated in the mattress casing wouldn't feel the same. However, the mattress is fabulous, very comfy and we don't get as hot as previously. The bed frame was easy to assemble, very sturdy and we're very pleased with it. Delivery was on time, two very nice young men who brought it all inside, very polite. I would definitely recommend your company. Thank you.

Hi, I phoned on Thursday reference the above order which was due to be delivered on Thursday, but which couldn't due to 1 part of 3 going missing. Can I just say Thank You to the lovely lady that I spoke to, and to the equally lovely lady that the first lovely lady passed my concerns to. Somehow or another the 3 parts arrived on Friday ( the next day ) and even though no one was at home, the 3 parts were put into my garage and a card left to say so by the delivery man - who thankfully used his common sense and left them there. So Thank you also very sensible delivery man! My son had his bed in time for Saturday, and has moved out with something to sleep on (mixed emotions for me there!)

On Tuesday last, I rang your sales team and spoke to a lady called Andrea. What a delight it was to speak to somebody who actually wants to help, rather than somebody who just says yes or no as a matter of course.
I had a problem, in as much as I needed a 4' bed before the Easter week-end and Andrea worked extremely hard over the Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, to locate and secure a promise of delivery for the Thursday. I was kept up to date at all times and was extremely grateful for all the work that had been put in.

When we were told 5-7 days delivery thought we would believe it when we saw it but then next day got phone call to arrange delivery!! Communication via email and phone first class and we had choice of delivery days-ending up with everything we ordered in 5 days!!! Given delivery window of 10.30-1 (via text/email) and came at 10.20-as I said first class from start to finish!!

We have ordered the Thuka Maxi 21 High Sleeper from BedzRus for our Son in August 2009 and could not have made a better choice. Before we ordered the bed we had searched this particular High Sleeper searching the internet for a good price and a company which offered good services.
Unlike other websites BedzRus is offering a straight forward and very clear website and most importantly no hidden costs as well as a price matching policy. Firstly we found the identical High Sleeper cheaper at an other website but were not happy with the services offered there. When we contacted BedzRus they matched the price, offered an exceptional professional, efficient and friendly service and gave us excellent advice on the choice of mattresses. Consequently we bought the Thuka Maxi 21 High Sleeper from BedzRus.
The bed has been delivered in time, a particular delivery time slot had been texted to us the day before and two friendly delivery man carried the high sleeper and mattress upstairs into the bedroom. We assembled the sturdy high quality high sleeper the same evening and our son is absolutely thrilled with the high sleeper and desk and book shelf underneath.
